That's the problem nobody wants to address. Any talk of the bell curve immediately gets shut down.
Whites & asians build complex societies that obviously require somewhat of a high functioning IQ to be able to support or sustain oneself. There are blacks that are able to do so that have a higher range IQ, unfortunately this percentage is only in the 15 -20% range so you have a very high percentage of the black population on welfare and government assistance.
