I love how none of you live in SF, and think they know what's going on. I recently moved away from there. the homeless are like walking dead. they are everywhere, but some are crazy, the streets are covered in shit and needles, and harass men and women.
its half the reason we moved out of the city. and I lived in north beach, not in the bay area, so I dealt with this everyday. the homeless have so many hand outs, there is nothing in place to stop them from being homeless essentially. they get free money, free meals, no enforcement. it was common to see homeless people with beat headphones, iphones, clothes, etc. they just didn't want to cough up the 3k to live somewhere. this isn't a dem or rep problem, this is it's own issue that people need to stop politicing over.
