The graphic shows the reality of the election. Hillary was a huge favorite. Even Trump thought he was going to lose. He has said as such. But, according to that graphic, he had a 7% chance of winning and that 7% happened. He defied the odds, that is all any of this means.
Nobody said Hillary had 100% chance of winning (nobody credible at least). Sometimes the underdog wins.
