I think it should be mandatory that any bill have a chance for a vote in 90 days or less.
Or at least a vote to table it beyond 60 days. Often they have similar legislation and they hold some over others but that has gone beyond what has been intended with no floor vote or consideration.
This allows them to say one thing and not taking credit for not believing in what they say. The public really does not know what they truly stand for.
How do you hold them accountable like that.

I have no doubt that the Dems are planning to use this as contrast if it doesn't either get a vote or doesn't pass the Senate. Net Neutrality is mostly a younger person's issue so they will want to use this as a way to motivate younger voters.
