We know and can prove the average Chinaman is much smarter than the average white guy, it would be hard to find a science team in any country that didn't have someone of Chinese descent on the research team, vast majority of any inventions in the past 20 years have some sort of Chinese connection.
History clearly shows the Chinese were some of the first founders of America and came in large numbers in the 19th century as did many other nations. So why don't they rule your country? why did they mainly work as labourers? why was it until the 90's they were only seen as good for low-wage labor, such as restaurant and laundry work? Why weren't the Chinese involved in every technical advancement for the past 200 years?
And its simply because the white majority denied them the opportunity as we did in all western countries, and then stood back and did nothing while millions starved in their homeland.

Well pretty much everything you just said proves Chinese are no smarter than anyone else. It's just another stereotype.
It wasn't until the west started shipping our manufacturing and technology knowledge over to China that they started competing with us at the same level. It was our knowledge, our capabilities & our money that enabled them and to become the world power they are today. We should have let them starve and get themselves out of their own mess they put themselves in. The famine was caused by stupid decision after stupid decision the chinese-made.
