Him and Asspimp both spent 2 days arguing that you need an ID to use a credit card for anything you buy. Finally after getting mocked over and over they backtracked and said 'but you need an ID to buy Vodka'.
One could excuse their ignorance and think maybe they are such degenerates that they never had a credit card but even a 16 year old can can get a Visa debit card by depositing $100 in a checking account.
