I am not telling you that you don't know what you are talking about. I am trying to explain to you that ALL of us, no matter how much of an expert we think we are, have room to grow, learn, and improve.
Robbie, I am fifty years old. I am taking a "leadership" class. I thought to myself I didn't need to take it... I was a combat instructor in the Marines; I had hundreds of Marines who took orders from me. I worked at the phone company and I had two hundred and fifty employee who reported to me. When I was at Playboy I had seventy-five people reporting to me at four different locations. I don't need to take a class on leadership, right? I took the class because I thought it would look good on my resume and help me expand contacts here locally.... What I learned was mind blowing and changed the way I think about people and relationships, business and otherwise. I thought I knew everything I needed to know, and I was wrong. You can ALWAYS learn more.
But not Robbie. You know everything about everything.
