He didn't do his job.
His job is to represent the people, not for him to represent the President. The Mueller report has OBVIOUS collusion in it. For the love of god, Trump Jr there had direct access to the hacked emails and the campaign manager was sending off polling data to Russia on a weekly basis.... And the Attorney General sent out a four page memo that downplayed all of this.
