I vote for my congressman/senator to propose, argue, bargain and pass legislation. To me, these type of actions are unconstitutional. I can understand a delay of up to 90 days on proposed legislation, but everything deserves a vote, even if to table it for later.
Then the folks can answer for their actions, and not mere words. That is the heart of it.
It makes me question if we still live in a democracy just looking at it.
Nothing short of organized crime.
Get back the rules as they were, and a filibuster should require standing on the floor and talking, not a mere mentioning that they filibuster it.
Then make it take 3/4 majority to change the rules. This would protect both parties and independents.

Congress did not make it's self incapable of taking a stand for anything.. Republicans have done this as a power grab..
