While I have seen some that may be to bulky for your enjoyment,
the best method is to use a pack that allows you to use 18650 li-ion cells, then you can buy good batteries if you choose.
I use them on other devices like a RPI 3 etc.
But you are stuck finding one that is molded to your phones case to be attractive to carry.

But the capacity rating on those packs you refer are always over rated. Sometimes just because of the Chinese marketer and sometimes it is because the rating is based on a lower current draw than you are drawing from it.
Yes amp-hours or watt-hours are all the same but not all batteries have the same rating at different discharge rates.
And phones can really have a big difference in how much power consumed depending on how many apps are running in the background and features like wifi and Bluetooth 'active' and to top it off, if you have a weak signal to a cell tower, then your phones transmitter will step up to high power to keep communicating with the tower in all of that.
Plenty to think about.
But most batteries would do fine if you turn off all those unneeded services and background capability. And lay your phone down where it gets a good tower signal.
