Yeah, and they know that is illegal to give out Grand Jury info.
It's all political.
They just want opposition stuff on Trump and anyone related to the Mueller investigation in the hopes of further embarrassing Trump.
Pretty shitty. And the exact same people who spoke out against this in the past (Nadler and Pelosi) are now 100% for doing it. All political.
But again, having said that...Congress are the elected officials. The DOJ is not.
If we are truly a representative govt. of the people and by the people as our founding fathers stated...then the DOJ should go ahead and give Congress anything they want.
UNLESS...Pres. Trump declares Executive Privilege.
If the President declares Executive Privilege then that is our elected President making that decision for his own branch of govt.
As I said...WE THE PEOPLE elect our leaders. We don't elect these DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA pieces of shit bureaucrats (not referring to the actual agents in the field).
No unelected bureaucrat should be able to tell our representatives "No" under any circumstance.
In other words: I voted for Trump. I plan on voting for him again.
BUT...even if it embarrasses him and gives his opposition ammunition against him...I believe that unless he declares Executive Privilege (as is his right), the DOJ should comply with whatever requests Congress makes of them.
