lol, not at all. highly doubt my marriage would have been supported in that era, hell in the US it would have been illegal
I live by what I believe. I married a man who although not the greatest dancer is everything else I described. but if me and my friends get him ahem,
loose enough he hits the floor with abandon and it's awesome. he also reads more than I do if such a thing is possible
to be with a cop who abuses his badge? fucking never, no matter his or her skills on the dancefloor. with authority/power comes responsibility and could never even have a one night stand with someone who didn't understand that really important (to me) principle
not sure how old you are but my parents are in their 70's and I love how my mom has never once in all that time got stuck in her ways/cognitive modes of understanding the world around her. my dad as well but he'll trip up every now and then, for example only being outraged when my boy was often pulled over for walking while Black in TO because he's my dad's son in his eyes and no one should do that to
his son
no matter how long one lives and observes the world our understanding is always inherently anecdotal and not something that can be easily extrapolated. to me you're taking the easy way out in not learning anything new that might contradict your existing beliefs
not fair to others whom you know absolutely about, but cool
free country
(and OneHungLow you look really good in green)
