What have previous Presidents done for African Americans?
They were already the bottom of the ladder with little chance of climbing it. They've seen their jobs and livelihoods disappear overseas. Schooling in their districts is appalling. ETC.
Why are the liberals so concerned now about so many issues that have been problems for decades?
