Following basic TV rules of "If you don't see someone die, then it's possible they're still alive".... I would say it's hazy as to whether or not Jaime (or Cersei) is dead. Sure, the roof fell on them but everything was obscured by smoke and I didn't actually see rocks hit their heads. I'd give it 50/50 for one of them to be alive.
