Burning up all that muscle. Good job.

But being serious though...how much of that weight do you think is muscle when you take long-ass bike rides? Do you lift weights also?

The one thing as an older guy you DON'T want to do is lose muscle. All of you guys(or girls) doing these long, repetitive cardio style workouts are elevating cortisol, increasing hunger and eating up muscle as energy. Walking with a weighted vest or backpack is a better alternative. I know people run and bike ride because they like it -- but doing cleans, deadlifts and squats will do more for your overall health because it's adding/maintaining muscle...and muscle is the closest thing to a fountain of youth there is.

Anyway, my main point is that being focused on a weight number is ultimately counterproductive when it's just indiscriminate weight loss.
