I wouldn't be so annoyed by pro-life people if they would also support large scale birth control and sex education initiatives and also worked to set up things to help these kids when they are born. But, of course, that doesn't happen.
Their thought it people can just wait to have sex until they are married which, clearly throughout the entire history of man, doesn't work.
