Luckily it was one account of a few, one which I've rarely used. But I did have analytics and gmail attached to the account (also unused).
I decided to create a channel, uploaded a video with GOT intro music quietly in the background. No footage from the show but video is related. 5 minutes later my account gets terminated. No warning no strikes no reasoning

No big loss, though it's kind of freaky that this is the new YouTube. Not worth creating content if one tiny thing can make it all go away.
Not sure if the music was allowed or not but I'm assuming that's what did it. No ads no links. Not worth walking on eggshells.
So lesson of the story. Use multiple accounts for each service. YouTube 1 account, analytics another... etc.
