In 2008, John McStain won in 78% of all US counties. Obama won the election with a record-low 22% of US counties... "But it's rigged and corrupt!" LOL you guys crack me up (with how clueless you are)

You clearly have zero clue what you're talking about. The Constitution specifically says States are in charge of how they hand out their EC votes..
This is another case of "state rights, state rights" until the states don't do what Republicans want... then it's whaaaa whaaaa whaaaa states shouldn't get to decide..
