"We" don't know whats really going on other than however it's being spun.. Such as perhaps SA agreed to do a certain thing if this certain thing occurs.. The agreement could very well have "emergency" implications.. Such as Iran.. And since the Democrat obstructionists will poo poo EVERYTHING he tries to do there's not much left he can do.....
