Add to that figure the loss of taxes manufacturing plants pay and the contribution they make to the economy, such as. Salaries, property taxes, fuel taxes, business with other companies, etc.
Stopping China and other 3rd world countries means rebuilding industries in the West. So that fellow Americans can have jobs and pay taxes instead of benefits, can have a future, some don't resort to crime and work in companies paying taxes and growing the economy.
