Just testing of a new breed of stealth recon aircraft (multi-supersonic).
You will have to guess if they are Chinese, Russian or USA's.
Nobody is going to tell.
Could be a well tested SR91
They normally only break them out when they need up to the hour surveillance of areas that can not be seen under satellite for various reasons.
The refuelers have been quite busy lately. My guess is the later.
