Walls kill people. Not bubonic plague or ebola.
In my opinion, its better that everyone in Cali gets sick with bubonic plague than to be racist. So i see nothing wrong with this situation.
Just like African migrants with ebola are now crossing the border into Texas. Again, I'd rather everyone in Texas get sick with ebola than to be racist.
