So true!
I sort of need glasses now, after a lifetime of not. Kind of think the eyesight was more using an iPad than the computer, as it started after I got an iPad. Hard to stop using the tablet, after getting used to the convenience. If I were 100% sure it caused the eye issues, instead of only like 95%...
But my body was really having trouble sitting for long stretches, so I invested in a more ergonomic setup. I have a keyboard dropdown on the underside of my desk to position my hands at the most comfortable typing angle and my desk is the right height to perfectly position my monitor, so I don't bend my neck weird, and I got a super adjustable Steelcase Gesture chair. I got my chair done up custom with violet and espresso leather, but they sell the whole
Steelcase line on Amazon and I'd genuinely recommend either the Gesture or the Leap. I also use an angled footrest.
Anybody else have comfort gadgets they'd recommend?
