it's my opinion... it's not criminal. next you will think toy makers that make small toys should go to prison when a kid dies. if this cop went in there and killed some kids he would be in the same boat. have you ever heard of police not stopping armed robberies? because they have the choice to step in or not... you know that right?? a murder could happen in the process.
