ex. a robbery in cali. a mother went in left the car running with her teen daughter waiting in the car while she ran in the bank. a group of hispanic robbers took her hostage. they came out with police there. they get in the car with the daughter. they shoot the mom roll her out of a moving car
then the daughter... she lived her mom is dead. if the cops acted when they came out maybe she would have lived. if the robbers killed the teen should the cops be charged??? anyway a court will handle this
