According to the terms of service
https://chaturbate.com/terms/ the models in question have released to Chaturbate the right to use their content for promotional purposes (section 7.b). According to section 32.a Chaturbate has given our company the right to use this promotional material to draw in clients through their affiliate program. These models should have asked Chaturbate to remove themselves from the promotional materials program and we would have been notified by Chaturbate to remove them. They have not done so.
The models are welcomed to use our DMCA contact form and we WILL remove their content based on their DESIRE to have it removed. Had they reached out to us directly it would already have be removed.
