Cyberseo isn't a tube script. Its a plugin that allows you to do a lot of different things using rss feeds, xml, etc.

Tubeace is more of a tube script.

Each of these could use fluidplayer. All you have to do is call the script in the header of your wordpress theme and add some javascript on your video page to call the player. Its really easy to integrate.
