So Walter points out to concerned German citizens that they can leave the country at any time unless completely surrendering to the generous immigration laws set in place by the government (Angela Merkel).
Stefan, can you imagine a politician in America say that to Americans? Holy fuck they'd call him a traitor of the state and then be done with him.
Angela Merkel was the leader at the time and if she ever was a sharp leader she'd have a talk with Walter and make sure he would apologize for that. Instead nothing happened, no one said anything and this completely moronic statement telling Germans they can leave their home country could just pass by while citizens continue being angry feeling left out of the democratic process.

My view is that he was a traitor of Germany and I don't feel any sympathy, that's the hard cold truth Stefan. Don't be alarmed it was just a matter of time and it could've been stopped if only the politicians started listening to people.
