- They are able to create nuclear weapons but not able to do a study Water Management somewehere? Just like their neighbours, able to steal nuclear information from Holland, but not able to steal a book about water management?
- They are too stupid to look online how other countries solve these problems?
- You must not educate them 'here', they will not return cause EU like to braindrain those countries and offer good jobs in Germany when they finished their study 'here'.
- They are too stupid to realize you must not put waste in the water? The rest of the world found that out 200 years ago that that is a bad idea.

It will solve itself, they are so dirty that their holy river ganges is full of waste and dead bodies. Let their god protect them. I am sure there will be some disease when they keep poluting. Maybe when they see that they realize it is stupid to pollute rivers and not making plans to hold water. That is when the people in Europe started thinking after a lot of people died of diseases.And i am sure there must be some educated people in India to know how to solve the problem.
