At first I was thinking "this clown is teaching our children?"
Then I saw that it was a private school. They'll take anybody at those things because all they want is to collect the parents' money for what is essentially glorified babysitting.
Of course her name is Chelsy spelled with a y at the end. She has that certain type of face...I could easily picture her dumping a pan of hot bacon grease out of her trailer window with a cigarette hanging from her lips.
