I do agree with student loan debt being cancelled though.
Student loans in their current form are predatory and the current law says that you can never get rid of student loan debt unless you pay it off which is predatory as well and should be illegal.
The current student loan debt laws make the people getting the loans indentured servants to the bank until the loan is paid off or they die. Not the American way |

The reason college costs are so high is ALL governments doings.. THEY set the pricing if schools accept government grants
Why are many sitting on loan debt? There again, Obama's doings.. Diploma mills went haywire under his rein.. Trump changed the guidelines for them and they are shutting down right and left.. I spoke to a guy who heads up a department at one of these.. He told me that before he took over in the last year that not 1 single student failed a class. These "common core" idiots were sacked with $50k in debt and a worthless degree.
