Nearly all the VR sites regularly have 'stepfamily' scenarios. Obviously the majority of porn viewers - who last time I checked came in at something like 99.9% of the adult male population - like the fantasy. I find it amusing to believe that men who make their living promoting porn, are actually themselves way more upright and moral than their customers.

Actually I don't believe it.

What I'd like to know is whether it might be a risk from an SEO point of view to promote stepfamily porn? Maybe they don't do it now, but I would guess that Google could demote any adult site with terms that include 'daughter', 'mother' etc, even if they are 'stepdaughter', 'stepmother' etc.
