Yes, you'd get a reply in 1 or 2minutes, but it was just "we're looking into it and will update you soon' - really no different then an autoresponder confirming receipt of your ticket. The actual resolution time wasn't any faster IMHO.

I don't think we've gotten any new clients hosting on TSS since they bought out natnet
