Indeed. The tourists looking for girls in bars, restaurants, night clubs etc. They won't find there anybody but hunters. The girs that look for your money. Course there are good girls too, but a foreigner won't be able to find them, he will always get tricked and used.
In fact most of Russian/Ukrainian/Belorussian girls are good and definitely can't be called cold. However, you must be a local one and you have to know where and whom to look for. Even a prostitute here will make you a tea with home-made cookies, will listen to all your problems etc. But only if you are a local one. Many of them even put a restriction into their ads: "for Slavic people only". Sounds a bit nationalistic? Yes it is.
As far as I mentioned nationalism, I have to add that the only foreign guys they always happy to see are blacks. I mean the Africans (the people with African roots, e.g. African-Americans). Don't know why
I have mentioned Africans because the word "blacks" in Russia mostly means the people of
Caucasus. While Africans are called "negs" (not niggaz, like in the USA which is an offensive word). Negr in Russian means a person of
Negroid race. So if you are black man and you hear this word in Russia, it's not an offense it just mean that you are a person with Negroid roots.
