I have stopped watching and following politics altogether, which is a little weird since I have always been following it since the days of Reagan.
But it's just too much now. Seems like it's more of a sideshow then anything else. Something to distract us all. That's probably what it has been all along.
I haven't watched TV in over 10 years and get news mostly from online sources (and not mainstream media) but actual sites that stream shit as it happens. That seems to be the most reliable IMO because it is an open commentary, uncensored and real-footage from people that were there.
Anyways it seems to be a good decision (at least for me). I just can't believe that some of this crap is actually real.
Talk to anyone that hasn't been brainwashed (right or left) and they will most likely agree that the only important things are what Paul posted: Decent jobs, economy, immigration, taxes, health care, security, environment, etc.
The rest is some kind of bizarre circus act.
