most important contributing factors to IQ:
1) gross domestic product - if the white man is exploiting the living shit out of you, you aint gonna eat well
2) access to education - in you need the ARMY to escort you to school, it is safe to say that you aint gonna do well like the ones who do not need ARMY support



so in short: people with more money, more opportunity and who are not persecuted by racist mother fuckers, do better on IQ tests

conclusion: a white man doing an IQ test on a group of people who probably did not have the right to vote at the time, is comedy supreme
