The Ukraine is a real poor country, but there is a lot of rich people. As about Russia, so it's #2 in the world by the number of dollar billionaires. That's a fatal mistake for the foreigners that think they will be kings with their money here...

) there is no middleclass in Ukraine..same in Russia....10% are superrich....so yes...there are many rich people in Ukraine...if we talk about actual figures...I am talking about the other 90%..that makes about 10.000 UAH per month...around 300 dollars...
