Are you doing memberships? Affiliate marketing? Who are you processing payments with?
If NATS is not the answer to any of those questions, we should talk.
Most new sites that incorporate NATS to manage their membership business, for pre-launch, tend to do a PR piece and forum announcements, and mention NATS to attract the droves of affiliates that currently promote NATS client sites and are all over the forums.
Additionally, make any "soft launch" time restricted for "this great deal" so it adds urgency. Make it a "special" of some sort that you would never normally do...
incorporate all of this into social media, PR, forums and see what happens.
