No offense, I use paxum and it works well for me currently, but I paid extra to have one rushed to me. In the end, I ended up with two cards (the second I bet was regular shipping). And I'm still not able to activate it? There's no link to register / confirm my card in the mail. Support keeps saying we'll contact you when it's ready.

Paxum any timeline on this? Could I have my delivery fee refunded since getting it faster and then getting another card regular shipping didn't really benefit me?
