Obama. Talk and visiting for photo op are to different things.
NK has not done anything they were not doing before donald.
They agreed to stop testing because they were done testing.
They dismantaled enrichment facility because they built a new one much more efficient and modern.
Where has he been getting his tech ? RUSSIA.
No effort to slow or eliminate that.
Want to do something effective... navel blockade.
Probably to late for that now, donald likely blew his (and our) chance. But it may come down to he must at some future bad point.
I am only advocating the idea that they have both the nuke capability and the means to deliver very modern versions of them and anyone thinks he is going to give them up is fooling themselves because without them, they have no leverage.
So stop believing the theatrics. It's going nowhere. Same as it has been, only worse.
The policy has been one of containment and will continue to be the same.
Only it is not being contained if he starts exporting the tech for money.
Same way he got it from russia. So he now has a favor to repay.
