I want to offer a Summer Sale and display it via a pop-up on my paysite Tours. But I know most browsers block pop-ups, as do ad blockers.

So what's the best solution? I do see pop-ups on paysite tours. They are small and subtle, usually at the Footer or on the side margin. Any help would be great. Free or paid solution, I don't care.
