meh its just electricity...its already built in everywhere, charging stations would just have to tap in to it and there would be a parking for e cars etc...its not like they have to lay piping or build special shit...private individuals could do it...you know those "wash your own car" things that you put in some coins and you wash your car? well that is more complicated to install than charging stations...and those booths are all over the place...parking meters could be re-purposed etc...theres many ways to go about it...
