Fox news watchers like to use the statistic of it being the most watched news outlet as some kind of barometer for the level of truth they report. Titanic was a popular movie, but that doesn't make it a film masterpiece. Fox news is popular because stupid, xenophobic, ignorant assholes consume it -- and there's a lot of those people out there.
