We have the same problem in the UK. So called unaccompanied children are claiming they should be allowed into the UK. These unaccompanied children have walked from the Middle East or Africa to the shores of Northern France and now claiming they did it on their own.

The ones from S. America are in the same boat. How do children walk 1,000s of miles alone or among a larger group of men? What violence is a child escaping, is it violence in the country he lives or violence towards him? One qualifies for asylum and one doesn't.
