Emailing gets broken in lots of NATS programs all the time. By that I mean NATS emails being sent to affiliates (notifications, account change approval emails, etc) aren't being delivered. Probably also member emails.

At any given time, there are many NATS programs with this issue.

I know it's not NATS' fault, it must related to problems/changes with email server.

I think it would be a nice feature for NATS:
1. it sends a test email to a central server once a day
2. if the test email doesn't arrive, the NATS admins are notified / get a big warning in the NATS admin that there are problems with their NATS email configuration
