I can't talk to him in English because he neither understands nor speaks it, so I'm using Russian. As about the topic. Here are the Cliff's notes: the elite FSB anti-terror special forces now simply robs banks in Russia, because Putin gave them a carte blanche on every crime. For example, if they'll treat you as a threat, they will put a small pack of drugs into your pocket and you'll get 10-20 years in prison for that. And don't hope for a justification in court. All Russian courts are totally corrupted and there is no such a thing as an acquittal here.
