Trump has told McConnell that he will sign anything the Senate sends to him.
That is why they will not allow any legislation they don't like to even come to the floor for a vote.

As I have said for years, they need to go back to the old rules of at least 20 years ago.
A filibuster should require you to stand up and hold the floor and not a simple statement that you filibuster. They have made every excuse for not doing their job that can be made. This is not democracy.
