I got this message today:

Subject: Paxum - WIRE Withdrawal
Message: Dear XXXXXX,
Our accounting department notified us that your WIRE returned with the following message: "MISSING COMPLETE NAME LOCAL BRANCH AND ACCT TAXID".
Please contact your bank for more information and make sure that you add the correct bank details before re-initiating the transfer.
Best Regards!"
I have this bank account since 2008 and this is the first time something like this happens. In my paxum account you have the same info that ccbill has and many other places that sent me payments in the past (my full name, bank address, bank account and agency and SWIFT CODE) and although there is a lot of bureaucracy and paperwork I have to deal with to receive the money from the payment order the money was never ever sent back.
Also I received the Unionpay card, by normal mail and not fedex like I paid for. It was just there put on my mail box and I can't activate it because:
"Dear XXXXX,
The card you received can not be activated at this time, but rest assured that the technical department is working on resolving this issue and, once that happens, we will re-open this ticket and notify you.
In the meantime, you can use the other available withdrawal methods, such as WIRE transfer or the external card feature.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best Regards."
Dear Ruth, you're a sweety but my point is, will I receive this money still in this incarnation? Because patience and understanding has its limits. I will deal with my bank to find out what the heck was that, but in the meantime deal with yours to find out what's so difficult for them to allow us to activate our cards?
