I used to think that too, but sometimes it is worth the time. The trick is, is to pick the ones who actually offer what seems to be a valid argument. For example, people like TheSqealer and OneHungLo usually just change the subject, or post memes, or post irrelevant charts, etc. You can't fight stupid. Instead, look for the ones who offer more detailed arguments, then do this: (1) assume they are right, then (2) try to prove them right. Seriously! Spend a few minutes on Google doing this and you'll find it really interesting.

I don't know who newnick is, but consider unblocking Bladewire. Sure he posts challenging messages at times, but he's cool and interesting and worth engaging with.
