Yeah, props to Paxum for actually mailing out affected customers, but as you say, it's a form letter with no specific information (apart from the coupon code)
I'd open a ticket and ask them to specifically chase up your payment.
BTW, Friday is over in Australia and still no sign of funds, so I'll be waiting a minimum of another 70 hours or so.
